NVidia announced and released the RTX 30 or 3000 series cards which has the new Ampere architecture and also advancing Raytracing and new Tensor chores implemented in the graphics cards. Scalpers and of course miners are buying up most of the graphics cards so they're also in shortage right now similar to what's happening to the PS5 and XBox Series X consoles. The demand is high and thus the supply is low. The new Geforce RTX 30 series consist of the RTX 3060 Ti, the RTX 3070, the RTX 3080 and the almighty RTX 3090! I got my eye on the RTX 3080 and was wondering if I should wait. I currently still own and use the GTX 1080 Ti which is hella powerful! It can do 4K gaming and videos and can livestream games really well using OBS when it's streaming encoder is set on Hardware (NVENC) mode. It's super smooth and has low temps! After AMD announce their Big Navi cards the whole game change! Now they're on an even playing field Avengers Infinity War Endgame style! Only one will come out on top! I do love the competition though and I think that it's healthy for the economy for a little competition. AMD just announced their new graphics cards which have nearly as much processing power and are on par almost equal to the new RTX 3000 series! AMD's cards are the upcoming Radeon 6000 Series consist of the Radeon RX 6800, Radeon RX 6800 XT and almighty new RX 6900 XT! I think that the two gaming cards going head to head would be the RTX 3080 and the RX 6800 XT! I'm also aware that at this moment newer cards and CPU architecture are already being cooked up by NVidia, AMD, and Intel! These three big tech giants are definitely at the top right now when it comes to these advancements! Hate 'em or love 'em we wouldn't be where we are at today in gaming, computers and graphics if not for these companies! Check out below for some videos on NVidia, AMD and Intel!
Also here's Henry Cavill aka the dude who played Superman in Man of Steel building his PC! lol
I think that AMD is on the lead right now with their powerful CPUs!
Intel is trying to be all technical with their explanation. How about doing one in an actual factory and with actual people and tech not some CGI presentation doing all the explanation! lol
