I must say I find myself a little disappointed after finding about this news. I was looking around the interwebs and stumbled upon this neogaf forum thread. It's by a user named Mama Robotnik which shows the cancelled Legacy of Kain Dead Sun that's suppose to be a next gen release for maybe the PS4 and maybe XBox One, PC, etc. Monkeythumbz who is community manager for Square Enix said that Legacy of Kain Dead Sun wasn't the right game at the right time. They want to focus more on this other game which is basically a spin-off on the Legacy of Kain series. You don't get to play as Raziel or Kain in this new multiplayer arena game but you play as the warring vampires and humans. That's kinda disappointing coz after seeing some screenshots and actual game footage my jaw dropped! I was literally excited but then that excitement turned into sadness and disappointment when I read that it has been cancelled. He did say though "While we’re not working on a single-player Legacy of Kain game right now, that doesn’t mean it’s not something we’d look at making in the future." What do you guys think? Do you think this game had huge potential or would it have failed? After thinking that the series was gonna be revived, it got cancelled. Sigh. I'm guessing this is suppose to be Raziel. I learned that this is a new different character. I'm not sure. I gotta say though that all these concept arts and 3D images are really impressive. It's sad it had to be canned.

Here's the video for the upcoming Nosgoth multiplayer game that replaced Legacy of Kain Dead Sun. They could have at least worked on both games and released both games but nooooo!
