It was probably inevitable for this to happen to the cloud base gaming service Stadia. It just couldn't deliver with its library of games and fail to give players 4K streaming resolutions. That's already a big problem because not every player will have good internet access. Some have really bad wifi compared to broadband and fiber. Maybe it's just not the right time to use cloud base gaming to compete with hardware base gaming like consoles, computers and handhelds. Those three still dominate the video game market. It's surprising to see Stadia fail but because maybe they probably promise too much. I ultimately believe it's not the right time yet to bring out this type of gaming. Maybe in the future it will be readily available when we have holographic apps floating in mid air all over the city, suburbs and rural areas that we can click similar to the tech Iron Man used in the Marvel movies. lol For now it's time to say goodbye to Stadia. I really wanted to try out Stadia though later on before failed but now it will join the other gaming tech in the graveyard of other failed gaming devices and ideas. What do you guys think? Did Stadia failed from other reason other than the ones I talked about or it's just no their time yet? Maybe we're too early and Stadia is actually ahead of the time. Who knows? Only time will tell and we'll have to wait what the future holds for cloud gaming.
