First of all, let's talk about JewWario. I just wanna express my condolences to his wife and his family. RIP Justin Carmical or JewWario as he's known in the gaming community. The popular youtuber committed suicide. His wife said the following, “It is with a very sad heart that I must confirm my husband, Justin Carmical, sometimes known as the Jew Wario died on Thursday, January 23rd,” she wrote. “I also have to confirm he shot himself, but he was not alone, he locked himself in the bathroom and I was on the other side of the door talking with him. He knew I loved him, HE KNEW ALL OF YOU LOVED HIM. You all made him so happy, every time he was recognized from his videos, it made him giddy with joy.” This kind of thing is something you don't really take lightly. This is a very serious situation. I'm not playing games this time. You gotta be sensitive to this kind of situations. If you notice something about someone who is acting out of the ordinary and you feel something is wrong then that might be a sign that person is sick either mentally and physically. Don't be afraid to speak out and talk to that person whether it's someone you know or not to help them out. Depression, sadness, loneliness, pain, anguish, misery, rejection, failure, pain of loss etc. all have something in common with each other. They are all harmful to a person's well being, health, state of mind, and all the problems that come with that imbalance in once physical or mental self. It doesn't matter what you do for a living, amount of wealth, amount of friends, amount of stuff, etc. If you aren't happy and don't take care of yourself first before any of those things that I mentioned then you will go into a downward spiral of mental deterioration. If you are experiencing any pain whether physical or psychological then you gotta let it out. Don't hold that in! You have to talk to friends, family, siblings, parents, counselors, teachers, gurus, pastors, fellow youtubers, and so on and so forth. If you don't wanna share your feelings then listen to music, practice a musical instrument, play video games, write a song, do poetry, dance, scream, paint, draw, do sports, practice martial arts, and everything you are capable of and don't hold anything in. Just let it all out! You can even cry if you have to. All of these will help you with that imbalance in your life and maybe cope with depression, sadness, pain, etc. Sometimes, you gotta ignore the problems and go into a meditative place where your mind is completely empty of thought. This will help you! Trust me. I've dealt with a lot of the things that I've mentioned above and have gotten so much stronger throughout the years both physically and mentally. I train both my mind and body. Like Bruce Lee said, "Be like water making its way through cracks. Do not be assertive, but adjust to the object, and you shall find a way around or through it. If nothing within you stays rigid, outward things will disclose themselves. Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend." “I’m not in this world to live up to your expectations and you’re not in this world to live up to mine." "Do not pray for an easy life, pray for the strength to endure a difficult one." Well, to put it simply what these quotes mean is that you gotta learn to adapt to the situation. Being able to adapt means having the ability to modify your lifestyle, situation, or current predicament to suit your well being and needs both physically and mentally. Once you have done this then you can work on improving yourself. If friends, family, and people doesn't help me in my situation what I do is isolate myself from everyone and do some meditation. I focus my mind, cleanse my soul, become one with nature, transcend the physical state of mind, try to be less materialistic, etc. Once I've done everything to put my mind at ease then I continue on forward. If something like a memory in my past is holding me back or distracting my focus then I empty my mind and forget. Thinking too much sometimes is unhealthy. I try to create balance and equilibrium (opposing states or forces are balanced) to attain a state of peace or nirvana (transcendent state of mind with neither suffering, desire, nor sense of self).
